This module automates the main function of hiring management, namely applicant selection tracking.

Recruiter represents candidate selection cycles as graphic maps that visualize consequent selection stages (for instance, telephone screening, interviewing, testing, reference and credentials checking, presentation to a hiring manager, etc). The map also displays the number of candidates passing each of the stages. A double mouse click will instantly list the candidate(s) at a specified stage in the process. Another double mouse click on a specific candidate and you can bring up the corresponding applicant form and information. You can also access individual candidate scores at the end of each stage in the process. Recruiter automatically advances candidates through each stage.
All appointments and interviews are automatically displayed in your Workday Organizer! As a result, you can be secure in the knowledge that Recruiter will always keep you on top of things by giving you all the information you need, when you need it, so that you can focus on getting new clients and keeping your existing ones happy.

While designing the recruitment process for each position, you can custom define the characteristics or traits for evaluation at each stage. Recruiter will automatically create evaluation forms and calculate candidates' ratings at the end of each stage and for the whole cycle on the basis of your input scores. You can use any evaluation scale, e.g., 1 to 5 or –10 to +10. You can even change the scaleing method during the process and Recruiter will automatically recalculate all input scores.



Also, when a new job opening is created, you can search candidates from previous jobs and their evaluation results on each characteristic or trait. This structured applicant selection process ensures objectivity, fairness and enhances employee satisfaction while helping you to select only the best candidates for each job.

Making the decision to hire a candidate is not the end of a recruitment process. It is necessary to also make an offer to the applicant, track whether the applicant joined or not, whether the applicant passed the probation, to pay the staffing agency (or get paid) and finally to close the contract. Recruiter will not only help you to manage these tasks but also remind you to do them.
