To make work with Recruiter comfortable, we recommend that your PC have a Pentium processor and 128 MB of RAM. With this in place, Recruiter can easily operate a database of 10,000 applicants. Set your monitor resolution to not less than 800 x 600 pixels. The application uses about 7 MB on the hard disk, not including the database.
