Whether you are a professional staffing agency or the HR department of a growing company, this module will significantly expand your ability to effectively and efficiently manage your job openings, create and manage hiring manager (client) records and for those specialized positions build a panel of internal and external experts or consultants whose expertise you can call upon from time to time.

Job Openings
Recruiter allows you to use the standard Job Openings form or custom create one for each position, type of position, hiring manager or client. For each job, you can enter a job description, candidate requirements, requisition information, job filling deadline, etc. Recruiter also allows you to fully customize this form to fit your environment and needs. You can attach copies of official instructions, candidate requirements, job requisition, and their co-ordination history to the job form. Recruiter will not only save data on each job, but also display a list of candidates (considered, rejected, hired or all ) at any stage in the recruitment process. It will show the applicants under consideration at every stage (or round) in the recruitment process along with the scores of each candidate. Recruiter allows you to plan for hiring expenses as well as keep records of payments made for each job opening (Payments module required).

Hiring Managers
You can keep records of all your clients or hiring managers in Recruiter. This allows you to track each job opening by requisitioning client, view a list of the candidates you’ve offered and the present status (Interviews module required). Recruiter will let you track contracts and payments for each hiring manager or client with the Contracts and Payments module. You can send email, letters or even phone the hiring manager through Recruiter if you have the Correspondence module.

Experts
Many different people can serve as "experts" in the hiring process: HR managers, security personnel, financial advisors, specialists and even company executives. These experts can also be internal and outside consultants, paid or unpaid. Recruiter keeps track of all job openings where the “expert” was called upon to assist, interviews conducted by expert (Interviews module required), in addition to contracts, payments and other documents related to each expert.
